Delivery
HoyaTerra cuttings are cut to order, carefully prepared in France and supplied with a plant passport.
Dispatch days
Orders are dispatched on Mondays only.
Orders placed before 8 p.m. on Saturday are prepared for dispatch the following Monday. Orders placed after this cut-off are dispatched on Monday of the following week.

Standard delivery is free on orders of €70.00 or more in metropolitan France, including Corsica, via Mondial Relay or Colissimo. Chronopost Express remains chargeable regardless of the order value.
Plant passport
A plant passport is supplied with every cutting.
Cold-weather dispatches
When forecast temperatures along the route are particularly low, dispatch of an order already placed may be postponed, even if a heat pack has been added.
The customer is notified by email, and the order is dispatched on the first Monday when conditions are favourable again.
If adverse conditions persist, sales may also be temporarily suspended. Plants will remain visible for information until dispatches resume.
